Drafted with the Bank in Mind
I have worked on the bank's side of the desk, reviewing legal documents the way institutions do, and I draft with that review in mind.
I started Enemchukwu, PLLC with a simple idea: the legal side of family life should be something you understand and your family can rely on, not a confusing stack of papers you never look at again.
I am a North Carolina attorney and the founder of the firm. I earned my law degree at Wake Forest University School of Law, where I focused on taxation, banking, and regulatory compliance, after a bachelor's degree from Florida State University.
Before starting this practice, I spent a decade turning complicated rules into clear, correct documents: at large financial institutions, as an attorney advisor with the federal government, and at major technology and fintech companies.
That work taught me what matters most in the documents a family relies on: they have to be right, and you have to understand them.

For most of my career, I have been the last set of eyes before critical decisions became final. Your documents get that same final review before you sign, because the details matter.
Years inside large financial institutions showed me that retirement accounts, life insurance, and jointly owned property often pass outside a will. I check how each one is set up, so nothing is left out.

What I believe
