Executor Orientation and Coaching

Being named executor after a death can be overwhelming. This session helps you understand the role and the next steps, so you can decide what help, if any, you need.

What it includes

$300

• One 60-minute session for a prospective or appointed executor.
• Review of up to three documents you supply, totaling up to 15 pages, such as the will.
• A written checklist of your next steps.

I advise you in your role as executor. I do not represent the beneficiaries.

Not Included

• Ongoing estate administration, court papers, work with creditors, tax returns, accountings, and disputes. If you want help with any of these, I tell you whether I can help and quote it separately, or refer you.
